Processing Times
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
During collection launches, promotions, holiday periods, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch times may be slightly longer. If significant delays occur, we will notify you via email.
Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the size and destination of your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where applicable.
Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are provided by the shipping carrier.
Matrescence Press is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather events, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
Matrescence Press is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses. If a parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us at hello@matrescencepress.com.au and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the shipping carrier.
Returns and Refunds
We hope you love your Matrescence Press purchase.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or other remedy if a product has a major fault, is not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Matrescence Press carefully packages all orders to minimise the risk of damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel at hello@matrescencepress.com.au.

A description of the issue
Photographs where applicable
If a return is required, items must be returned within 14 days of approval.
For approved faulty or damaged items, Matrescence Press will cover reasonable return shipping costs and provide a replacement, refund, or other remedy as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Except where required by law, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
Matrescence Press is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during return transit. We recommend using a tracked postal service.
